helpful staff rooftop terrace repetitive breakfast limited set
The staff seemed helpful. The rooftop terrace was accessible and was well kept. The hotel offered assistance in organizing trips. Taxis were arranged by the team upon request.
The breakfast was a bit repetitive . The same options was each morning. The provided shampoo and shower gel were in dispensers. There was no other bath set available.

luxurious bedding evening pastries rooftop spaces weak wi-fi inconvenient location room access
My room was cleaned every day. The bedding felt very luxurious. I found the pastries left in the room each evening a nice touch. There were also many spaces to relax on the rooftop.
The wi-fi signal did not reach my room. I had to go to the restaurant to use it. I also needed to go to the lobby to access the wi-fi. This was somewhat inconvenient.

repetitive breakfast menu substandard linens
The breakfast menu was static . It never varied. this became quite repetitive. linens were not up to standard. I requested new sheets due to pilling. limited toiletries were provided in the bathroom. Only shampoo and body wash dispensers were available.
